Stephanie Cruse graduated from the Australian institute of massage, with a diploma in remedial massage in 2018, and has recently completed her level two Reiki. Stephanie believes in a holistic approach to massage therapy with a belief that our bodies hold the knowledge and power for their own healing.
Stephanie is a mum to three, who takes a strong holistic approach to health and wellbeing. She has a keen interest in astrology, human design and the connection between our emotional health and our physical health.
